Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur's office is located at 2186 Rayburn House Office Building. The Rayburn Building is located across the street from the House side of the Capitol, on the corner of Independence and South Capitol Streets. Public cafeterias can be found in both the House and Senate Buildings.
