Congressional Ukraine Caucus Statement on Russia’s Missile Strikes

Washington, D.C. – Today, the Co-Chairs of the bipartisan Congressional Ukraine Caucus – Representatives Marcy Kaptur (D-OH), Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), Mike Quigley (D-IL), and Andy Harris (R-MD) – released the following statement on Russia’s missile strikes.

“Russia’s latest onslaught targeting civilians in Kyiv and across Ukraine demonstrates Vladimir Putin’s desperation as his forces encounter repeated setbacks. Russia is seeking to break the will of the Ukrainian people and the commitment of its allies to Ukraine’s victory. That will not happen as the world stands united against this barbarism. Putin and his enablers will be held accountable for their crimes.”
