“And reply to the Census form when it arrives in the mail next month.

“We need everyone to participate so that everyone is counted and everyone’s voice is heard.

Congresswoman Kaptur told the crowd of approximately 150 people that the Census is required by the U.S. Constitution and is used to draw legislative districts, including Congress, and to allocate funds to communities for important programs such as transportation and social services.
