Kaptur Applauds Major Toledo Jeep Stellantis Investment
Washington, DC — Today, Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (OH-09), Co-Chair of the Bipartisan Congressional Auto Caucus released the following statement applauding the announcement of $13 Billion of investment by Jeep Stellantis in their North American Operations, including $400 Million in new investment in the Toledo Assembly Complex including the assembly of an all-new midsize truck.
“Today’s announcement of more than $13 Billion of investment in Stellantis' North American operations is a win for American autoworkers across the industrial Heartland. Toledo's intrepid workforce has come through yet again to attract a $400 Million investment and an all-new midsize truck to the Toledo Assembly Complex creating more than 900 jobs at the heart of North America's manufacturing and transportation corridor,” said Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (OH-09), Co-Chair of the Bipartisan Congressional Auto Caucus. “These investments will build on top of investment already announced earlier this year.
