Cleveland – Today, Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (OH-09) joined with officials at Neighborhood Family Practice, a community health center in Cleveland, Ohio. Kaptur encouraged Northeast Ohio citizens who do not already have health insurance to sign up for health care coverage during the final week of open enrollment. Open enrollment ends on Friday, December 15.
