Washington, D.C. — Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (D-OH), voted to pass the FY2020 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Included in the $738B funding bill are a number of Rep. Kaptur's priorities, including the Congresswoman's bipartisan effort to include the Coast Guard in a Department of Defense program to provide youth STEM education (STARBASE).

Washington, D.C. — Today, Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (OH-09), co-Chair of the House NASA Caucus, announced $33.8 million in federal funding to build a new Aerospace Communications facility at the NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, OH. NASA awarded the contract to Austin Building and Design in Cleveland.
