The House of Representatives today failed to pass the annual funding measure for federal energy- and water-related programs, in a 112-306 vote, an annual spending measure which typically passes by overwhelming margins.

SANDUSKY, OH— Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (OH-9) presented awards to the winners of the First Annual Marine Debris Challenge at Cedar Point today. The competition encouraged local area students to develop first-hand experience with marine debris and use that experience to raise awareness in the community.
