TOLEDO, OH – On Thursday, May 23, Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (OH-09), Dean of the Ohio Congressional Delegation, and Congressman Dave Joyce (OH-14) introduced the bipartisan East Palestine Health Impact Monitoring Act of 2024 to authorize funding through Fiscal Year 2028 to conduct a study of the long-term health impacts of the 2023 East Palestine, Ohio, train derailment.
