The House and Senate will need to come to agreement on the full package of appropriations bills before they are signed into law.

Washington, D.C. – Today, Representative Marcy Kaptur (OH-09) released the following statement after the House passed the Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring Our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics Act. The bill is named in honor of Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson of Ohio who passed away from cancer in 2020 after being exposed to burn pits while deployed to Iraq.
