Armstrong Test Facility. Rep. Kaptur was joined in Sandusky, Ohio by NASA Administrator Bill Nelson and John H. Glenn Research Center Director Marla Perez-Davis. The renaming is a result of a bipartisan effort spearhead by Rep. Kaptur and Senator Rob Portman which led to the passage and signing of S.2472, the Neil A. Armstrong Test Facility Act, in December 2020.
