Washington, D.C. – Today, Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (OH-09), Chair of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Energy and Water Development, released the following statement after the House of Representatives passed the INVEST in America Act, a critical part of President Biden and Congressional Democrats' commitment to Build Back Better for the American people. The legislation will now be taken up by the Senate.
