Washington, D.C. — Today, Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (D-OH) released the following statement after her bipartisan, bicameral legislation to rename NASA's Plum Brook Station in Sandusky, Ohio in honor of Neil Armstrong passed the U.S. House of Representatives. Plum Brook is part of the NASA John H. Glenn Research Center and is home to unique world-class facilities that conduct critical and innovative tests for the international aerospace community.

Washington, D.C. — Today, Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (D-OH), released the following statement after the House of Representatives passed the bipartisan H.R. 1271, the Veterans'-Specific Education for Tomorrow's Health Professionals Act of 2019 (VET HP Act). The bill passed the U.S. Senate last week in a legislative package entitled the Johnny Isakson and David P. Roe, M.D. Veterans Health Care and Benefits Improvement Act of 2020.

James Bish of Bay High School in Bay Village, Ohio has been selected by a panel of judges as the winner of this year's competition. Rep.
