Specifically, the funding comprises $38,391,672 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), $10,282,141 in HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), $3,034,624 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and $1,579,911 in Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) funding.
