Washington, D.C. — Today, Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (D-OH), Chairwoman of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Energy and Water Development, managed floor debate on a continuing resolution to extend federal government funding through December 20 and keep the government open after the current stopgap funding law expires this week. The legislation now heads to the Senate for consideration. The legislation passed 231-192.
