Washington, D.C. — Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (OH-09), a senior member of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Defense, released the following statement after a document released Monday by Acting Defense Secretary Patrick Shanahan identified that a $15 million project at Toledo Express Airport could be diverted to pay for President Trump's border wall.
