Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (OH-09), today welcomed news of that the General Services Administration (GSA) is releasing a photo rendering of the new annex of the James M. and Thomas W.L. Ashley U.S. Courthouse in Toledo, Ohio. Kaptur, who serves as a senior member of the House Appropriations Committee, was instrumental in including the $104 million needed for construction of the Toledo Courthouse Annex in the 2016 Omnibus Appropriations bill.
