Congresswoman Kaptur will serve as Ranking Member of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Energy and Water Development, will return to the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Defense, and will rejoin the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies.
