Due to the passage of the American Rescue Plan - championed by Congressional Democrats and signed by President Joe Biden on March 11, 2021 - Child Tax Credit payments will start being delivered July 15. Nearly 94 percent of children in Ohio's Ninth Congressional District will benefit from these payments, improving the lives of 149,500 kids and lifting 14,300 out of poverty.
