Washington, D.C. – Today, Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (OH-09) released the following statement after participating in the official renaming of NASA's Plum Brook Station to the Neil A. Armstrong Test Facility. Rep. Kaptur was joined in Sandusky, Ohio by NASA Administrator Bill Nelson and John H. Glenn Research Center Director Marla Perez-Davis. The renaming is a result of a bipartisan effort spearhead by Rep. Kaptur and Senator Rob Portman which led to the passage and signing of S.2472, the Neil A. Armstrong Test Facility Act, in December 2020.
